About This Event
Beer – In the broadest sense, “beer” is any alcoholic beverage made by the fermentation of grain. Beer is well known for “Quenching that thirst”.
Meditation – A practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing of the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity. Meditation is well known for reducing “Stress, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD & Self Harm”.
There is a lot of discussion of late about “Mental Health” and as stats show, males aren’t talking and sadly we are losing them. At “Life Balancing Clinic” I have more males coming in with so much emotional pain, wanting me to help them with the holistic approach which is truly amazing.
This event comes from a place where I can help on a broader scale.
